6a Brockton House was designed by Elaine Cecconi, a partner at design firm Cecconi Simone in Canada. Discretely located along a quiet residential street, fourth floor of the house affords every convenience in a slim and very unique structure in detail with the best attention to the ingredients. This house is designed to mimic an industrial warehouse or factory, echoed in the lines and utilitarian from the cement plant on the window of the front façade. Although widely recognized in the media, the interior of the house are examples of perennial winner of a clean, modern aesthetic of designers Cecconi Simone. Extensive use of Corian, concrete floors and honed Brazilian IPE speak to the durability of the residence, while the smart room divider, abundant storage and a large kitchen responding to the needs of everyday life. The flexible floorplan provides up to four bedrooms, and can easily be adapted for the use of creative or professional.
