Architectural design combines traditional Balinese pavilion delights and scenic countryside with modern treatment of dynamic space and form. Design is based from first principles about the pleasure inhabit a particular site, rather than stereotypical image assembly resorts in Bali or generic. Hotels and villas located in the dry savanna landscapes of the Peninsula Hill in southern dramatic cliffs Indonesian island of Bali, it consists of 50 suites hotel with 35 residential villas. A unique design language was developed for the project. Than the typical steep pitched pavilions of Bali, which will be blocked views on gentle slopes, and are not local to the area. Low-pitched roof terraced developed using volcanic pumice Bali, which is a natural insulator and can also support local ferns and succulents. This multilevel roofs blend in with the landscape, maintaining the original panorama is wide open which makes this site so unique. Hillside villas designed as pavilions connected by a bridge at the water park, tucked in a hillside terrace. Hotel rooms designed as a garden inhabited, not the interior space. Garden wall to form the walls of the room, where sleeping, eating, relaxing and bathing place in the park environment. Each villa has a swimming pool hotel with a cottage overlooking the sea. Each villa formed for the villa foreground landscape behind him. Site vegetation was surveyed and documented, with specimens sent to Kew Gardens for identification. Local plants adapted to dry prairie landscape by going to bed in dry season and flowering spectacular and will provide a unique display of seasonal flowers. Original garden will require much less water, and will encourage local animals and birds remain in the area. All locally sourced materials – stone walls which use stone from the actual site of the pieces of the road, while all other materials either from the neighboring island of Bali or Java. Sustainable including coconut wood and bamboo are used. This strategy makes a unique development in terms of materials, local skills and providing support local prestige material, promoting their use by local residents than they aspire to develop products. The development is a soft, embracing the landscape. Located in the area, dry poor, rural, thus replacing the marginal agriculture with tourism that generate employment and income for local communities. It maintains local flora and fauna. Through the display of local skills, materials and vernacular elements, it confirms the opinion of the local community that they live in an incredible place to be cherished and maintained.
