Mulders vandenBerk Architecten Amsterdam designing these buildings play in a park in Utrecht, the Netherlands, with Corian façade carved with images from fairy tales from around the world. The idea is to stimulate the building of curiosity and creativity play pavilion children. The divides in two. One side is used by teenagers, others by young children. Each room is related to an individual facade, and offers a special orientation to the context. This wallpaper combined with “unique” give a specific identity for each room. Design invites children to play, to find and create games. Façade is a large white Corian surface with jagged lines milled. At first sight only a row. The second view revealed ornamental character; fairy tales from around the world. Graphic Design Design studio Arbeid selected together with the neighborhood kids a variety of fairy tales. Graphic design is out cnc-milled from the façade to stimulate the senses and imagination.
