Housing, which is located in the southern part of Berlin, was founded as a plantation in the 18th century. During the 19th century farmhouse built on the foundation of the former building, which was extended twice after that. DDR-time during the building fell, the access page and the barn has been destroyed already be occupied by the building’s garage. With the demolition of the garage building a new workshop to create the original u-shaped buildings surrounding the courtyard. Room for administrative and classroom training on the farmhouse. External geometry was referring to the old farmhouse, while the workshop at a lower altitude. Therefore, the farmhouse is still recognized as the head of the composition of the building, while the new building is set back and appears as an open shell with the interior that connects to the page. Facade and roof of the workshop form a continuous surface, which wrapped up a historic pages to create open space. Sheltered exterior, engine room and craftsmen and studios in the mezzanine are separated by a glass wall to support the communication between trainees and offers views to the page from all corners of the house.
