The project was completed in 2009. The total area of this project is approx. 8100 m2 which includes underground parking. The two blocks on the same principle, with a height increase from two storeys to the west to the existing housing on the road Brinkveien, and up to five storeys to the east and north, toward a student apartment block in Prestvannet. This project consists of two apartment buildings with 48 large apartments, and different approaches to the design of flats’ on the block giving the variations in the placement of windows and facades expression.Brinken terrace has a prominent location on the island with a view to all corners of Tromsø. This area is open at all hours of the sun and have direct access to a green area which stretches along the island of Tromsø.
