This is a design of two apartments in an old house in the center which is located in downtown Madrid’s belongs to the architect Marta Rodriguez y Arino. Interior is two requests: to be at maximum light, and covering areas of enterprise architecture. The house needed extensive repairs and was badly damaged during. The basement was deepened and the additional level of background for the desktop appears. Floor terrace on the first floor has become transparent, because the thickness of the glass used. This floor is the ceiling of the cave so that the office is always bathed in natural light during the day. Private area apartment on the second floor so that professional and personal life separate.
