Halle 58 Architects have designed a small apartment design in Liebefeld, Switzerland. Ground plan and elevation showing the layout: Three apartments with the same size built entirely of wood, can be accessed via concrete steps,, perched slightly above the level of the site. Concentrations of sanitation and technology services into a compact core, plus a load-bearing façade liberate apartment interior design, allowing spatial loftloke scheme. On each floor façade consists of a combination of elements of the wood frame, glass and the entrance. What appears at first sight to be concrete cooling fins are in reality made of wood, derived timber and particle board sheets Duripanel. Seven garage was torn down to make way for the first-P-Eco Minergie multifamily homes built in Switzerland within one year. Photography by Christine Blaser, Bern.
