60 houses is the renovation and addition to suburban homes in 50 large lots in Toronto, Canada. Houses mostly small closed-window, low-ceiling living room with traditional plans, separate dining room and small kitchen on the ground floor, and a labyrinth in the second bedroom. A building is nothing special since the exterior brick front porch with a roof decorated with a shallower slope, wrought iron and aluminum tent. Additions made to the front and back of the house to produce 2 new facade and re-imaging a full house. Most of the houses re-skinned. This, in combination with significant interior insulation installation, greatly reduces energy needs at home. A 2-storey glass wall at the rear of the house, 1st floor glass walls in front, and several skylights to maximize daylight and facilitate the acceptance of passive ventilation. extensive use of glass in the rear allows for the greatest number of views to the park and on the front, front porch serves as a modern, reconnect with the building site and the city. The principle of this living space is flanked on both sides of the longitudinal zone that contains the storage service, the media unit, kitchen, stairs and mechanical rooms, a full set of high-spin rear wall panel.
