This project consists of 184 apartments of Social Housing, services and public spaces. This project, focusing on one the most relevant issues concerning the city, particularly in relation to social life, public and environmental dimensions of the community. The main objective is to build new places “urbanity” in the marginal areas of the city. This project is based on a new concept of social housing, the concept of co-habitation between the Housing and Public Space, in which tenants can live in a pedestrian environment while supported by a strong infrastructure, trade and services is also an open public services.These people from there and will work neigborhood as a social liaison between fellow citizens new and existing communities.
