To create a simple design and construction and to allow the use of prefabricated elements such as bathrooms, windows and building facade panels are designed in the form of modules. Each building is divided into four identical modules, each with a core of vertical communication. There are 42 apartments in each module, varying from 30 m2 studios to small 1.5 bedroom 60 m2 apartment on the fourth floor are identical, and larger 85-105 m2 duplex apartment on two floors. Module repeated four times with slight variations at the far end of the building. The facade is designed in two layers, facade, interior and exterior spaces are shaped by things like glass loggias, balconies, terrace and veranda. Second shell is built with pre-formed wood panels, glass and metal rails. Apartment apartment structure is such that each have at least one balcony and loggia that connects outdoor and indoor spaces. Like modules, layers of the facade also repeated four times, but given the different geometry of the elements of repetition is almost gone unnoticed. There are two parking levels below the site. The scene provides a contrast with the geometric facade through the use of soft curved rails and other features. Broken up the sightlines through the complex and create a difference between public and private space.
