This is a design for family housing designed by Circle West Architects in Downtown Scottsdale, Arizona. This site is set among a series of random structures are built. Industrial property lying to the east and south, while the housing is located to the west and north. Buildings, pure modern clean sharp cutting edge through a random environment built from the various functions of the surrounding area. Compressing the individual, but related space and allows the character of each space to determine the other, the building was formed. Compact and efficient, the emphasis is on sustainable design through successfully participating in Scottsdale’s Residential Green Building Program. The Duke of urban condo interior design and facilities including-finished Stainless Steel GE appliances, Stainless Steel kitchen counters, white glazed ceramic tiles, Quartz Composite floors in kitchen and bathroom, Laminate Cabinet, and commercial-grade carpeting.The overriding concept is the relationship between community and individuality. Duke’s goal is to express the personality as a single building with eight owners of their homes, while promoting the community through architecture transparency on the second floor. Via {archdaily}
