The apartments are all oriented with dual living spaces and a large balcony facing south towards the water and services in the north. Outdoors hallways and stairs provide access to the apartment while also providing a dynamic north façade. For each apartment is given the same benefits – Private outdoor space, the direct southern light, sun and shade of natural ventilation systems – despite the fact that this program includes social housing and high-quality apartments for sale. Differences occurred only in: buying from the owner can modify and adapt the plan of their apartment during construction, and most private apartment has a living room with high two mezzanines throughout the building. The appointed half floor above the pier clearly define the boundary between public and private space and to liberate the ground floor for parking and park natural ventilation. Half the floor is enclosed with the pattern of perforated sheet metal and green glass panels, graphics refers to the vegetation found in the park neighbors and the town hall, designed by architect Obras. Warehouse and scale silhouette later inspired many modules that are used for the housing project. The use of modules allowed for prefabricated construction systems, both for structural concrete and metal façade.
