In this building, located on Veracruz Avenue, we are creating different conditions in the interior space by playing with the height of the mezzanines. Apartment building designed by the architectural office of JS ª. Vertical circulation is located in the middle of the building, allowed intercalating prototype, so that the public always has a height of two times while the private area has a conventional height. The main façade expresses the concept of the interior, with a terrace that respond to changes in concentration in the apartment.
