Collaborative Architecture has designed a luxurious interior in Mumbai, India. Wedge-1 is the latest of architectonic exploration by the company in creating a very smooth project in architecture and morphology has not met the brief program agenda. The purpose of architecture is to dissect ’shoe box’ which is simple and manipulate the architectonic character box in the most economical. (The project has a very strict budget limits and delivery schedules). Space has been constructed as centripetal, toy windmill shape as the central meeting room holds a different slice across the edge of it with the volume of the bumpy and the roof line. Peripheral wall determines the tone meeting with the exhibition with a unique cut-out, which reveal and mask displays simultaneously to lure the public inside. This two-dimensional cut-outs on the skin, changing the project from a simple container products for an ensemble of architecture some meaning and value perception are not parallel. Central meeting room has a series of ‘vector’ Light (1200 mm long T5 lamps), which form the canopy attach and fuse space to complete the Box.
